Sent in circuit board for cycling on and off issues. In about 10 days I had the circuit board back. Installed it and it’s worked flawlessly for the last month. No more cycling on and off anymore.

I love my SoftTub and it's had some issues over the years until finally the circuit board failed. I know very little about electronics and was hesitant to try to replace the Circuit board but after I found a link and a several reviews for LyraTronix at an on-line forum for spa repair I went ahead and removed the circuit board (after carefully labeling and documenting where each of the wires connected!) and sent it off. Two weeks later it came back - exactly as promised. I reinstalled it, filled the tub and plugged it in. Voila! It came right on, heated up and has been working perfectly ever since.
So, $150 plus a little time and effort VS $800?? for a new board and an undetermined who-knows-how-long for it to arrive and the same time an effort to remove and reinstall it. Very very happy to have found LyraTronix.

I was a factory trained and independent authorized Softub Servce Agent. I began experiencing a large volume of customers with Softub circuit board failures. I agresssively expressed and discused my concerns about the board failures with Softub. The VP of Engineering fixed my concerns and problems. He cancelled my account so I could no longer purchase any Softub parts. Some of circuit board failures were replaced under Softub warranty ($250.00 deductible plus freight) and some were not. Because board replacement was the most frequemt repair I performed and no longer had the ability to purchase new board or repair bad boards, I had to close my Softub Service Center. Three years later, customers are still calling me to repair their Softub with failing circuit biards. Recently I found LyraTronix on the web with a great service at a reasonable price plus a better warranty than Softub. I sent a bad board from my personal Softub to them. It came back in just a few days and my Softub is now back in operation. I have since sent LyraTronix several additional boards for repair. They have been repaired and tested and I can now, unoficially, support customers again with Softub service issues. I highly commend and recommend LyraTronix for their ability to diagnose and repair Softub circuit boards. If you have the ability to get under under the hood, pull your bad board out and send it to LyraTronix. Your Softub will be back in operation in a short time at far less cost and aggrivation than dealing directly with Softub factory service. You should know I love my Softub. Because of LyraTronix we can, again, enjoy our Softub plus I can help new and old customers enjoy theirs as well.
