Received the repaired board and it worked great.
Very pleased with the overall experience. Shipping was about a week each way. Softub is no longer short cycling after the repair of the control board. Would highly recommend LyraTronix to anyone having issues with their Softub.

These guys have the whole mail-order electronic repair thing figured out. Super easy to ship to them, updates along the way. Then they let you know as soon as repair is complete. Highly recommend.

Thought we were going to have to get rid of the tub, the motor/pump was working so poorly. But was pointed in the direction of just replacing the board. Removal the board wasn’t much of a problem and replacement was even easier. Quick turnaround was appreciated too! Pump and motor work like new. Worth the cost and effort to get more years out of the tub.

Great repair and quick, Both the repair and getting it back to me. Hot tup works the way it should. Too bad Soft Tub didn't make the boards good to begin with.

I was so greatful to have found this company on a forum and that they could fix my soft tub circuit board from cycling on and off every 30 seconds. Saved me thousands of dollars from having to replace the unit. The nearest softub repair is over 4 hrs away one way and would have taken way too long and cost too much. Im overly pleased with the entire process from checkout to providing easy instructions, a shipping label and fast turnaround. All in all it was about a week from disassembly to back in service. Cant beat that customer service!
