-The battery is dead. You tried to jump-start it, but now the board is burned in the corner (near assembly number 203655)
-RPM will not return to idle
-There is damage on or near the 3-pin connector (RC4).
-No weld output or power at the receptacles, but the engine starts and runs fine.
-Generator voltage is too low or high.
-The red LED is ON.
How do I get mine repaired?
Add it to your cart and proceed through the check-out process, where you can choose to receive a prepaid UPS shipping label or you can select the option to ship on your own. Carefully package your Hobart 203655 and send it to our location in Fayetteville, AR. Quick Tip: Pinch the top of the plastic stand-offs to remove the board.
How long will it take?
Transit time does vary and depends on which shipping method you select during checkout. However, after we receive it, we will repair and ship it back to you within two business days.
